Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event or dinner party; we will work right alongside you and would love to be a part of your special occasion. For your own confidence and stress-free planning, we have some recommendations for hitting the right timing for your event catering.
Weddings:
Your wedding is one of the most special events that you’ll plan, and from the initial conversation to the final details, we’ll work closely with you to create a menu you love, bringing your vision to life.
12 to 18 months before your wedding date gives us enough time to work together in creating the dream menu design for you.
If you’re planning your wedding for a peak season date (from September through to May), we recommend reaching out as soon as you lock in your venue.
Corporate Events:
Organising a well-executed corporate event can leave a lasting impression amongst clients and colleagues. Whether it’s simple workday catering, a cocktail event, 2 or 3 course dinners or a large-scale event, we make the process seamless for you, offering you and your clients a professional and elegant dining experience that’s sure to leave a good impression.
For professional gatherings throughout the year, such as boardroom lunches or workday catering, we suggest a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks but don’t worry if it’s sooner, we can still work with you.
If you are coordinating a major corporate dinner or an awards evening, planning 6 to 9 months in advance is the ideal timeframe.
If you’re planning your Christmas show, we recommend securing your booking 6 to 12 months before the event date. The Christmas period is a busy time so reach out as early as possible to ensure your end-of-year celebration is a success!
Dinner parties:
We cater for a range of private events and we pride ourselves on knowing that we can turn your ideas into a very special event. Planning an event like a dinner party can be stressful, so our team will allow you to concentrate on your guests, have fun and enjoy phenomenal food whilst we take care of the details.
For private celebrations such as anniversaries, engagements, and birthday parties, we recommend getting in touch 2 to 4 months prior to your event.
But we know that all occasions are unique, and booking timelines can reflect that!
Late stage planners:
We get it, life happens fast. So if you are in need of a last-minute event caterer, it’s worth reaching out. Chances are we can most definitely help!
