Indulgence Food Design are a talented team with over 25 years experience under the guidance of owner and Creative Director, Anna Gerlach.
Head Chef, Mathew has been with the business for 18 years and both Mathew and Anna have been the grounding forces that empower their team and they now employ around 40 permanent and casuals.
The Indulgence Food Design team is on an international level of melting pot cuisine, a client is never at the mercy of a set menu because IFD are at the mercy of designing the best menu for each of their clients. At any one time IFD might have 30 events with 30 different menus – rarely is one ever the same!

From simple work day catering to stand up finger food corporate functions, 2 or 3 course formal boardroom lunches or dinners to larger 200+ corporate events, we offer you and your clients a professional and elegant dining experience.

Our popular IFD take home meals are designed for convenience and ease using the best of local ingredients and a melting pot of cuisines at “restaurant-equivalent”, allowing those with busy lifestyles to simply pop in and pick up portioned meals to indulge in throughout the week.
Our meals are available for pick up 9am-5pm Monday-Friday from 11 Union Street, Stepney.
